Introduction

The web studio manager conducts an online meeting with clients to discuss the initial stages of the design project. At the beginning, the client introduces their business, the main advantages of the company, products or services, as well as the goals and objectives they intend to achieve with the new design. If the client has prepared in advance (which is strongly recommended), they provide the manager with detailed information about the future project, demonstrating designs that they consider successful and modern, and also provide examples of styles and design elements they like. In turn, the web studio manager introduces the studio, discusses possibilities, anticipated timelines, and project costs, as well as discusses organizational issues with the client, taking into account their preferences or proposing new, more efficient solutions.

Planning

At this stage, a design prototype is also created, allowing the client to make their adjustments, while enabling the executor to correct any possible mistakes. A technical specification is developed, outlining the technical requirements for the project: design, functionality, features. Additionally, the volume of content for the website is determined. This document becomes the foundation for the project development. The client signs it, after which the signing of a contract is proposed, fixing the final cost and development timeline of the website.

Visualization

At this stage, the designer develops the design according to the technical specification. This stage is the most creative and innovative in the design creation process. Guided by user psychology and principles of information perception, the designer selects colors and combinations to create user-friendly usability and a clear interface. The main goal is to evoke trust among visitors and leave a positive impression about the company.

Project completion

After the design development is completed, the next stage is delivering the finalized project. The designer provides the client with a complete set of graphic files that adhere to the technical specification and the approved design. These files may include layouts in formats such as PSD, AI, FIG, or others, depending on the client's preferences. Additionally, the designer may prepare additional instructions or recommendations for using and editing the design. Upon receiving the project, the client has the opportunity to conduct final approval and, if necessary, request additional changes.
